Mazarin Desk / Bureau attributed to Thomas Hache, seventeenth century Bureau Mazarin in walnut and ash, olive wood nets, boxwood and ebonized wood drawing geometric patterns in the tradition of potatoes furniture. It rests on a base of origin, connected and rotated by a H of spacer balls. Period late seventeenth century, attributed to Thomas Hache. Length: 104 cm Height: 84 cm Depth: 72 cm

18th C Transition "sauteuse" commode, Grenoble

18th C Transition period "sauteuse" chest of drawers in marquetry from the Grenoble region. Richly decorated with a bird pattern. Marble top. Gilt bronze decoration, handles and keyholes. Although the wood, pattern of the marquetry and structure reminds one of the work of Jean Francois Hache, attribution is not certain. However we are certain that the chest is exceptional and illustrates the talent of the best cabinet-makers of the Grenoble region.
